Hiring Mature Men and Women Makes Companies $$$$



There is a lot of bias about older workers that keeps them out of the workplace and hobbles a lot of companies. I am not focusing on the legal issues of age bias but the fact that a company is not as effective and efficient when older men and women with life experience are blocked from getting a job.

Even in technology, we geezers are better! Does that shock you? It did me. Put our effectiveness in tech with our better work ethic, more human relation skills and wisdom and you have a lot of reasons to hire older people.
