Examples of Ministry Multiplication

I am excited to hear that you had a great time with my friends in Denmark.  Peder and Ruben are extraordinary men with a lot of wisdom and Spiritual power. They epitomize the people God led us to to take our message to. We always focused on Ephesians 4:11 as our launching pad. We never tried to speak with large groups to motivate them to change on the spot. Big healing rallies sometimes occurred but their focus was always on leaders who would then multiply themselves. We sought to identify God's Champions in spiritual healing, growth and change. 

It happened first in Norway when I met Jens-Petter Jorgensen, the head of OASE, the Spiritual Renewal ministry in Scandinavia. He invited me to come over and speak at a Pastor Training. A team of five including one man who headed the ministry to sexual addicts and pornography at our church. We spoke at a meeting of Counselors and Ministers and Missionaries about healing unwanted sexual temptations but had to meet in secret with invited guests only. The Politically Correct issues would not allow us to openly proclaim "Liberty to the captives". A small audience came but the Holy Spirit was there in truth, love and power.

From that powerful meeting we were invited back to a bigger meeting. I said, "Only if I can train your leaders. I am not interested in speaking to large numbers". That kicked off a wonderful series of annual equipping events. For several years 40 to 80 Pastors, Missionaries, Counselors, Psychiatrists, etc gathered at a mountain retreat center for a week-long, in depth training session on "The Care and Cure of Souls".  Peder  from Denmark and others from Sweden and Finland came and have taken our approach to the world. From that series have come dozens of healing and equipping centers. 

We established Equipping Ministries  International to take the Teleios Ministry and training materials to the world and teach people to DO what He did.  We later started Life Way and Sweeten Life Systems. It is the only way to greatly impact the world.  Most of the Teleios Centers focus on Equipping Peer Helpers to bring healing to anyone struggling with the world, the flesh and the devil. Equipping all of God's people with His Truth, His Fruit, and His Gifts so they can walk in His Power is the way Jesus told us to expand His Kingdom.

To have a great impact we need to find champions to equip and multiply the ministry. Then they will minister wholeness to hurting people. Thousands of Teleios Centers are spread around the planet that use their own brands of Teleios Equipping.
