My Brain on God is Good
A recent article in Science Daily on the difference between people's brains who have faith in God and those who did not was pretty encouraging to me. The researchers concluded that:
Believing in God can help block anxiety and minimize stress, according to new University of Toronto research that shows distinct brain differences between believers and non-believers.
This is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. It is inexpensive, drug free and therefore free from side effects. Why not try a drug free source of peace and love?
